Reporting & Location Report to Regional Digital Solutions Director Monterrey, Mexico Mission Our ideal candidate loves using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform to drive our commercial operations. We are seeking a talented and passionate D365 Analyst to join our global team based in Antwerp. The ideal candidate brings in functional analysis and implementation experience of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and the Microsoft Power Platform. Main accountabilities Shape the functional design and continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform solutions to align with business objectives and deliver best-in-class processes Optimize the current implementation of D365 according to the needs of Azelis As a functional expert for Sales & Marketing, understand the various components and processes in use and support our commercial operations to achieve best practice processes using D365 Deliver end user training and create/maintain functional training materials Work with business on identifying and improving the ease-of-use of D365 Provide insights into user needs related to D365 and recommend enhancements Support the team in solving requests & incidents while keeping stakeholders informed You are an ambassador of Azelis digital products. Engage with Azelis business to raise Azelis' overall digital capabilities Experience & Education 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant or analyst in multiple CRM implementations Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, Customer Voice & Copilot is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail Knowledge of Agile working methodologies Bachelor/master's degree in information systems or similar through experience Attractive to this role The ability to shape the next generation CRM experience for our commercial people across the globe.
