About the role

As a Communication Integration - Programme & Campaign Manager, you will support local markets in planning, activating, optimizing, and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns. Acting as a strategic advisor, you will guide campaign development across the full customer journey, ensuring the right audiences, messages, content, and channels are aligned to achieve business objectives and KPI targets. Identify gaps and opportunities across awareness, engagement, and lead-generation stages to improve future campaign effectiveness

Coordinate selected global Tier 1 programme activities and stakeholder collaboration across markets

About You

You are an experienced B2B marketing professional with a strong background in integrated campaign management and demand generation. You thrive in complex, international environments and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions.

Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is considered a plus)

Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, or demand generation

Proven experience planning, executing, and optimizing integrated B2B campaigns across digital and offline channels

Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Pardot, Salesforce, or similar tools

Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms to derive actionable insights

Demonstrated success with lead-generation campaigns, audience segmentation, personalized messaging, and campaign optimization

Practical experience using AI-driven marketing tools for content creation, personalization, audience insights, or campaign optimization

Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Fluent English, written and spoken

Meritorious Experience

Experience within the food & beverage manufacturing or packaging industry

Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes

Experience working across multiple time zones and international markets

Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
