Residence Officer Assist the Residence Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium Comply with company's quality assurance standards and expectations Provide a high level of service to residents at all times Attend to residents' requests/enquiries/feedback Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium's facilities and services Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times
