Collaborate with Operations to develop labor standards and WMS reporting requirements for our 4 buildings in greater West Chester / Monroe, Ohio and Arizona, using data collection and time study methodologies across multiple locations.
Lead continuous improvement opportunities (technology, process, material handling) to maximize workflow and spatial utilization.
Simplify, and standardize end-to-end supply chain process paths and process steps, while concurrently working to close the gap between our processes.
Develop process documentation and follow these documented procedures.
Recommend and assess technology to improve efficiency and safety. Develop and present fact-based business cases.
Oversee and report on capital projects, managing vendor relationships, cross-functional teams, budgets, schedules, and ensuring projects deliver expected benefits.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering , or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of experience in a high-volume warehousing environment (distribution or fulfillment).
Project Management Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions), and Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and AutoCAD
You will work flexible hours, overtime and weekends when needed and travel to our Arizona facility on occasion

Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from out West Chester, OH distribution center daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
