We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Manager (Night Shift). This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following : The Credit Manager will lead credit risk management operations across multiple portfolios, with a focus on supporting the Americas region. This role oversees the full credit lifecycle-credit underwriting, exposure monitoring, receivables management, and collateral administration-ensuring alignment with corporate policies and compliance standards. The position enables business growth through sound credit decisions and strategic risk mitigation, while also contributing to performance management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires flexibility to work night shift hours to align with business operations in the Americas. This role manages credit operations across assigned portfolios, ensuring robust risk controls and effective credit support for commercial activities. It leads initiatives to improve service delivery, streamline processes, and support strategic planning and budgeting. The Regional Credit Manager / Senior Credit Manager also oversees team performance and development, fosters collaboration across functions, and actively participates in cross-functional leadership discussions to align credit strategies with broader business and finance objectives About You We know our greatest resource is the ingenuity, creativity and innovation of our people.
