and home to Baystate Medical Practices, the largest multispecialty group in the region is looking for a per diem Patient Service Representative to join our experienced Adult Behavioral Health/Neuropsychology team in Springfield, MA.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Baystate Health's Patient Service Representatives perform a variety of different tasks throughout the day. This includes greeting patients, check in and check out and requesting copays. Responsibilities also include verifying insurances, answering telephones and faxing medical documents.
SCHEDULE:
Per diem, around 32 hours a week
Monday through Friday, 8:30-5 or 9-5:30 - some flexibility
No weekends, No holidays
