This position supports a summer research project focused on the VideoPeds study, which combines brief video-based interventions with trained navigator discussions to facilitate early goals-of-care conversations with parents of children with cancer. As a member of the PCAR study team, the undergraduate student will work closely with Principal Investigators and research staff to support the VideoPeds study. Responsibilities may include conducting literature reviews related to pediatric palliative care and goals-of-care communication, assisting with data collection and analysis, and contributing to study-related materials and documentation. The student will attend regular lab meetings, collaborate with clinical and research staff, and engage in scholarly activities aligned with their summer learning goals. This role offers meaningful exposure to pediatric psychosocial oncology research, family-centered intervention development, and interdisciplinary team science within a supportive oncology setting. Pay Transparency Statement The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications. For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). $31,200.00 - $41,200.00
