As Senior Manager, Global Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), you will lead the execution of enterprise-wide environmental, health, and safety programs across a complex, regulated, and rapidly scaling global organization.
In a fast-scaling, highly regulated, government-facing environment, your leadership will protect our workforce, safeguard our operations, and reinforce the integrity of our public safety partnerships around the world.
Lead execution of the global EHS program in support of enterprise growth and geographic expansion.
Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations across jurisdictions.
Implement and maintain global EHS policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
Conduct multi-site risk assessments and lead mitigation programs across manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, and office environments.
Oversee regulatory reporting, audit readiness, and compliance tracking.
Inform senior leadership on EHS risk exposure, regulatory changes, and mitigation efforts.
Build and manage EHS training programs, site-level safety committees, and supporting documentation to maintain operational readiness.
Lead incident response protocols, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs.
Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and operational compliance.
Partner cross-functionally to embed safety and environmental standards into daily operations.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field.
8-12 years of progressive EHS leadership experience in multi-site or global environments.
Deep knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and risk management frameworks.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, R&D, or operational environments.
Experience in government-contracted, regulated, or public safety industries preferred.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership on safety strategy and compliance risk.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leading audits and regulatory reporting.
Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
