About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as backup for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements when needed
- Administer compensation & benefits (insurance, leave, medical claims, salary reviews, bonuses)
- Manage work pass processes (EP, S Pass, Work Permit) in line with MOM regulations
- Coordinate training & development programmes and maintain training recordsSupport PDPA compliance and ensure proper handling of employee data
- Prepare HR reports and provide general HR administrative and process improvement support
- Key Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years' HR administration experience in Singapore
- Familiar with Employment Act, CPF regulations, and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with work passes (EP, S Pass, WP)
- Experience in training coordination and C&B administration
- Payroll knowledge preferred (backup support role)
- Experience with HR & TMPS systems; Time soft is a plus
- Exposure to PDPA / data protection practices
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
