Working Hours Monday to Friday , with a flexible start time between 07:00 - 08:30 and finish time between 15:30 - 17:00 Weekend work required for 10 weeks per year , planned well in advance The Team Together with your colleagues and Supervisor, you support: Laboratory preventative maintenance planning Shipments and samples Material organization across two sites You will be part of our Lab and Production Services department, which supports leading pharmaceutical companies and laboratories worldwide in Research & Development within the Life Sciences industry.

Requirements

  • Education
  • MBO level 3 or 4 in laboratory studies, or first laboratory experience (preferred)
  • Customer-centric roles
  • Laboratory experience is an asset (not required)
  • Coordinating activities
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • Driving license is a must
  • Proactive, flexible, and stress-resistant approach
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Well-organized and customer-oriented mindset

  • Coordinate and monitor onsite operations
  • Handle documentation related to Iron Mountain impacting the Preventative Maintenance Planning (PMP) team
  • Train, support, and monitor departmental staff
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment in line with company policies
  • Manage team planning and cross-departmental PMP communication
  • Provide hands-on operational support when required
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) toward the customer
  • Follow up on water sampling, PMP Kanban material management, and the VWR inbox
  • Resolve and escalate issues where necessary
