This pivotal role is key to our financial operations in Japan, directly managing and overseeing Direct Marketing Investments (DMI). The ideal candidate will possess robust transaction management skills, coupled with expertise in accounting, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting via SAP S/4Hana and other relevant applications. You will serve Japan & Korea Operating Unit and internal partners while working closely with third-party managed services providers (MSP). What You'll Do for Us: Manage the DMI process in Japan, ensuring transparency and efficiency in transactions, planning, budgeting, and financial reporting. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners (MSP) to facilitate seamless financial operations. Utilize SAP S/4Hana and other relevant applications for financial reporting and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conduct thorough financial analysis to measure and forecast business performance and support strategic decision-making. Champion financial best practices within the Japan & Korea Operating Unit, driving continuous improvement in processes and systems. Support annual budgeting processes by ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
