What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: Lead PMO and establish governance across Software and Mechanical programs Drive execution using NPD stage-gate, Agile, and hybrid delivery models Own program delivery (scope, schedule, cost, quality) with strong accountability Manage cross-functional risks, dependencies, and global stakeholder alignment Provide executive-level reporting (MBRs, QBRs) with clear insights Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digital tool adoption (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) You have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering 10-15+ years of experience in program/project management in engineering environments 3+ years of people leadership experience Experience managing cross-functional software, mechanical, and simulation programs Strong ability to understand business and customer requirements Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
