Maintaining and optimizing SimCorp One environments used throughout sales engagements. Managing and enriching knowledge and data assets across the organization to enable seamless collaboration and informed decision-making. WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR As part of the Manila team, you will: Provide high-quality support to SimCorp's Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Management, and the wider commercial organization globally. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure efficient and effective request handling. Support global RF x and DDQ processes by delivering timely , accurate responses to functional, operational, and technical inquiries. Maintain and enhance SimCorp One environments used throughout the sales cycle, ensuring requests are delivered "as-a-service." Contribute to the development and upkeep of SimCorp's knowledge base and documentation, enabling seamless collaboration across teams. Help define and refine internal procedures that support cross-functional collaboration. Become a subject matter expert in tools used for RF x and DDQ processing and proactively suggest improvements. Experience or interest in working with knowledge management systems, collaboration platforms, or sales enablement tools .
