Responsibilities

  • Lead overall program planning, coordination, and execution for autonomous vehicle development programs, including the vehicle platform and autonomous driving system.
  • Manage system integration across vehicle platforms, sensor technologies, autonomous driving software, and electronic control units ( ECUs).
  • Develop, maintain, and track project plans, milestones, and key deliverables to ensure program timelines are met.
  • Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and functional engineering teams to ensure system compatibility and integration readiness.
  • Identify and proactively manage technical risks, interdependencies, and system interfaces across the program.
  • Ensure clear and transparent communication between engineering teams, management, and external partners.
  • Support system architecture definition, integration activities, and testing processes.
  • Coordinate project workstreams and sub- projects to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
  • Monitor program progress and provide regular reporting on status, risks, and mitigation actions.
  • What will help you to fulfill your role
  • Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar
  • Experience in automotive development, such as autonomous driving or ADAS systems, E/ E architecture, or vehicle platforms.
  • Strong technical understanding of complex vehicle systems and software- hardware integration.
  • Proven experience in program or project management within engineering organizations.
  • Structured, analytical working style with strong coordination and communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of development programs for autonomous vehicle systems.
