About the role

What You Can Expect : Full management of air export and import shipments. Coordination with airlines, cargo agents, and logistics partners. Preparation and control of shipping documentation: AWB, HAWB, invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc. Tracking shipments and proactively resolving issues or delays. Direct communication with clients, offering timely and tailored logistics solutions. Liaison with customs agents to ensure proper clearance procedures. Manage the controls and procedures assigned in compliance matters. Gather evidence of compliance and effectiveness of the controls and procedures assigned in compliance matters. What You Bring: CFGS in International Trade, Transport and Logistics or related. Minimum experience of 3 years in freight forwarding. Ability to balance operational priorities with business imperatives. Knowledge and courses related to ADR, IATA, IMDG. Outgoing personality and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment. Ability to communicate well in written and spoken English. Ability to work under pressure.
