Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital commerce or a related majority.
- 6 years' experience as KAM of digital Commerce in FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen, including budget management, performance tracking, and investment plans.
- Solid understanding of online shoppers/ digital commerce fundamentals, including the digital path to purchase.
- Experience using data, insights and KPIs to diagnose performance and drive commercial decisions.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a matrix organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills, both internally and externally.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with digital commerce analytics or digital shelf tools.
- Experience partnering with customer media or retailer media networks or collaborating on digital activation plans.
- Strong curiosity for digital commerce trends, shopper behaviour and evolving online retail models.
