- 6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales; 2+ years leading quota-carrying reps
- Proven ability to coach teams to meet or exceed goals
- Strong command of sales performance tools ( Gong.io , HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Availability to work Eastern Time Zone hours
