Principal Product Manager - HR Service Delivery & Workflow Automation

HP is modernizing the HR and employee service experience for our global workforce. We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for our HR Service Delivery and workflow automation platforms-primarily ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)-and to build an intelligent, automated, agent-enabled service model across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. This is a strategic individual contributor role. You'll own the product vision for the platforms that power HR service operations, designing solutions that improve employee and manager productivity and scale through AI and automation. Success depends on strong systems thinking, service design expertise, and the ability to influence across global, cross-functional teams-without direct authority.
