QC Inspector

About the role

Details : Basic salary up to $3,000 Location: Tampines Working Hours: 8:30pm to 5:30am (Night Shift) 5 Day Work Job Scope : Conduct daily calibration checks on QC tools to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Assist in reviewing and confirming the accuracy of QC reports during shift transitions. Perform inspections at various stages (incoming, in-process, and outgoing) based on customer requirements and technical drawings. Utilize digital inspection forms through Kizeo on an iPad to record findings. Carry out customer-specific inspection procedures using the ERP system. Examine raw materials, work-in-progress crates, and outgoing shipments in line with defined specifications. Process non-conforming crates using Y7/Y8 transactions in SAP. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as operations, administration, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow. Take on additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by management as needed.
