Job Title: Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)
Location: Tameside
Rate: £45 per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) to join a dedicated team in Tameside.
What will your responsibilities be?
You will provide an effective AMHP service by managing Mental Health Act (MHA) assessment requests within the AMHP rota resources. You will support the Local Authority's MHA responsibilities in collaboration with Tameside's mental health teams and services. Additionally, you will promote access to community resources, work to prevent hospital admissions when possible, and maintain professional standards through specialist knowledge, supervision, and recovery-focused practices.
