- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience in HR, including Business Partnering roles
- Proven background in HR strategy, organizational development, talent management and change management
- Experience supporting business transformation in dynamic environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Solid understanding of the HR lifecycle
- Experience in LATAM markets is a plus
- Advanced English, Portuguese and Spanish
