Job Description To act as the primary technical designer within the SPP3 Intelligent Solutions Group, driving the technical development of intelligent solutions. This role focuses on translating ideas into reference architectures and viable products, ensuring that all incubated solutions leverage Globe's assets (network, edge, cloud, data) and are built to be scalable, repeatable, and cost-efficient DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: SOLUTIONS INCUBATION & ARCHITECTURE Drive the technical execution of solution incubation: moving from Idea -> reference architecture -> Viable Product -> Commercial Offer Design solutions that are explicitly network-aware, scalable, repeatable, and cost-efficient Make architectural decisions that appropriately balance speed to market vis-a-vis technical debt Support the progression of solutions through the incubation lifecycle: Proof of Concept (PoC) -> Pilot -> Production Explore and assess integration of vendor solutions and its roadmap of Intelligent City solutions to Globe's network GOVERNANCE & COMMERCIALIZATION SUPPORT Adhere to technical guardrails defined by the Head Ensure the technical components of the solution are cleanly and repeatably handed over to B2B/Territory teams for scaling Documentation of design solutions for repeatability and scalability. KPIs: Time to Solutions (Idea to Commercial Offer) Successful delivery of Phase 2 roadmap objectives (Pilot & Build) Technical viability and scalability of commercialized intelligent products Top 3-5 Deliverables: Creation of comprehensive reference architectures for prioritized high-ROI use cases.
