Minimum 5 years' experience as an Accountant working in an MNC, and Familiarity with semiconductor equipment business models
General all round accounting skills with analytical experience
Familiar with IFRS15 rev recognition rules
Knowledge on working concept of LC and different logistical incoterms
Strong IT skills and exposure to ERP systems with ability to interpret and maximize system functionalities (SAP S4, Salesforce and Incorta)
Analytical and investigation skills to deliver value-added reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement as well as best practices
Ability to manage interpersonal relationships with internal/ external customers
Ability to priorities workload and experience in a deadline driven environment where quality must be maintained
Mature individual with a 'can do' attitude & result-driven
Proficient with MS Office Applications

The Director, Revenue & Order Management in sales operations is responsible for supporting all stages of the sales cycle as a key member of the SOPs team as well as manage financial reporting. Reporting to the Head of Global Sales Operations, the role of Director, Revenue & Order Management would be responsible for the following:
What you will be working on
To lead end to end revenue recognition, order governance and commercial operations processes
Ensure revenue recognition compliance with internal policies guidance with strong internal control processes.
Oversee monthly/quarterly revenue closure
Partner with finance and business leaders on revenue forecasting and risk assessments. Ensure completeness/validity of booking and revenue numbers
Analyze and prepare reports on forecasted revenue taking into account revenue recognition rules and I&Q calculations
Review reasonableness of the GL account balances during each month-end closing
Provide timely and accurate support to ASM entities
Work with other functions throughout ASM to deliver KPI and other key objectives
Involved in new entity support, set up and integration into ASM exiting system.
Involved in process/system improvement initiatives and projects add on
Participating in projects relates to order managements to improve efficiency and drive for automation.
Align with different stakeholders from different functional groups to ensure integration on the business process
Collaborating with IT on digital transformation
Develop team and bring up their potential to the fullest.
