Supervisory Production Support Specialist

About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Production Support Specialist in the Production Lines Division of the MRO Production Department of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as: (1) Experience overseeing the planning of production work to ensure rules, regulations, and safety programs are met. (2) Ability to recommend changes to project requirements to eliminate delays in production. (3) Identifies variances/deficiencies in cost, schedule and quality and develops/implements corrective action plans. (4) Must be able to collaborate with Program Managers, Production Line Leads and Customers to ensure development of accurate short-term and long-term work plans. (5) Ability to evaluate work performance of subordinates against established performance objectives, identify development and training needs of employees, and determine the appropriate actions to resolve employee grievances and complaints.
