This role blends operational excellence with the warmth of personalized service. The Server is responsible for delivering a comprehensive dining experience, paying attention to every detail while building genuine relationships with members. The goal is to consistently exceed expectations by providing a refined and professional experience. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
Know members, their families, and guests by name, understanding their preferences, dietary restrictions, and personal details to adapt every experience."
Consistently create memorable and emotional experiences for guests, elevating every visit beyond the transactional.
Execute service following SOPs, service sequences, and checklists.
Act as a true host in special events, wine tastings, and special dining moments, embodying the Club's values.
Collaborate respectfully and efficiently with colleagues, offering support and setting an example of professionalism and teamwork.
Maintain assigned tools, equipment, and materials in impeccable condition at all times.
Actively monitor the guest experience, addressing comments or requests promptly.
Accurately process all orders and charges, ensuring correct member billing.
Assist with setup and breakdown of special events, ensuring adherence to standards.
Ensure service stations are fully stocked, clean, and organized before, during, and after each shift.
Proactively report any operational needs, maintenance issues, or incidents noticed during service.
Support onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge, service culture, and best practices.
Conduct visual inspections of assigned areas (dining room, terrace, service points) to ensure cleanliness, order, and presentation.
Manage special requests, food allergies, and guest preferences discreetly and efficiently.
Provide personalized suggestions based on menu knowledge and member preferences.
Serve as a Club ambassador, actively promoting experiences, events, or venues that enhance member value.
Actively participate in pre-shift meetings, internal trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, ABILITIES, and/ or SKILLS
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in fine dining restaurants, five-star hotels, or private clubs.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage techniques, wine pairing, and formal service etiquette.
Previous silver service experience is a plus.
Conversational English proficiency at B2-C1 level, with the ability to engage fluently with international members.

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Completion of high school is mandatory.
Technical training or coursework in hospitality, gastronomy, food & beverage service, or wine studies is highly valued.
Certifications in customer service or fine dining etiquette are considered an asset.
HEALTH AND SAFETY NEEDS
Ability to stand for extended periods (over 5 hours).
Ability to lift up to 20 kg.
Work in environments with temperature changes (hot/cold, indoor/outdoor).
Constant physical mobility and multitasking.
Occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Use of potentially hazardous tools and equipment (e.g., knives, ovens, warmers).
