- Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related functions
- Experience supporting both finance and payroll functions within a consulting/services environment
- Extensive experience with NetSuite
- Experience preparing financial statements and supporting close processes
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and commission calculations
- Proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
- Experience with account reconciliations and transaction management
- Knowledge of financial compliance standards and regulations
- Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience supporting both finance and payroll functions within a consulting or services environment
- Advanced Excel or financial modeling skills
- Experience preparing executive-level financial presentations
- Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-state payroll environments
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance required.
