Job Description The Director of Technology Governance is responsible for establishing governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing technology risk, and overseeing vendor management processes across the organization. Establish IT governance framework and policies Ensure regulatory alignment and compliance Lead IT risk management and controls Coordinate audits and regulatory exams Oversee third-party and vendor lifecycle management Manage contracts and vendor performance Define governance KPIs and reporting Drive continuous improvement of controls Partner with Risk, Legal, and Procurement Lead governance and vendor management teams Functional Areas of Responsibility IT governance & policy Regulatory alignment & compliance Risk management & controls Audit coordination Vendor management & third-party risk Contract & performance oversight Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises employees in Technology Governance.
