Working Student Billing & Collections Specialist

About the role

As a Working Student in Billing & Collections , you will support our Senior Accounts Receivable Manager in day-to-day operations and play an active role in managing receivables and improving cash flow as Parloa continues to grow at high speed. You'll gain hands-on experience in billing and collections at the heart of a hyper-growth AI company redefining customer experience through Agentic AI. Areas of ownership: Assist with billing processes and invoice management Support accounts receivable and payment tracking Actively follow up with customers on outstanding invoices (email & phone) Contribute to collection efforts to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payments Collaborate with internal teams on billing and payment topics Help identify and implement process improvements as we scale

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• You are curious, hands-on, and eager to learn how accounting works in a fast-growing tech company.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in reaching out to customers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• You work carefully, reliably, and enjoy working with numbers and systems.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
