Enhancement and maintenance of PLUK Core admin system Work closely with other front-end system application team to ensure end-to-end software lifecycle is robust Ensuring the Applications Management function is aligned with company strategy. Define and document scope changes during the project life cycle. Collaborate with business teams to understand and suggest best & efficient solution to cater to business needs Analyze problems and implement appropriate technical solutions Prepare the technical specification Maintain and document the changes Conduct Unit/Integration testing Complete the assignments within the agreed deadline Quality analysis of the programs/system before acceptance testing Work closely with Business Analyst to deliver a robust and error-free application systems Ensure that all development and implementation are compliant with IT governance policy Technical review and quality analysis of the code done by junior members to ensure learning and motivation for subordinates Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
