About the role

Drive commercial performance of consumer financing and private leasing for Autohero customers Design and optimize financial products: pricing, interest rates, and partnership models Lead process implementation and operational improvements for finance offerings Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to launch new customer solutions Use data-driven insights to develop products that transform the online car buying experience Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and financing partners Autonomy and demonstrated track record working with high-level stakeholders at international scale. Passion and motivation about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of topics. You are hard-working and your desire to achieve impact and results is bigger than a 9-5 working schedule Very good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines Up to 5 years of relevant work experience (car credit and/or private leasing) - working for a captive or independent car financing provider, preferably with international scope Proven track record in car financing and/or leasing product design, pricing, and process implementation Completed studies in finance, business administration, engineering, computer science, or a comparable degree programme Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Full proficiency in English is mandatory, every other European language is a plus Join us, building the best way to buy and sell cars!
