Experience in materials coordination, logistics, or warehouse operations in industrial environments
Knowledge of construction materials, especially mechanical or structural components
Strong organizational and tracking skills
Experience with inventory systems and documentation

Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials to support turnaround execution
Track material inventory levels and ensure availability for critical path activities
Interface with procurement, vendors, and field teams to align material deliveries
Verify materials against purchase orders, specifications, and packing lists
Maintain accurate inventory records and material tracking systems
Coordinate staging, laydown areas, and material logistics on site
Identify and resolve material shortages or discrepancies
Support expediting activities to ensure timely material delivery
Ensure compliance with safety and handling requirements for materials
Assist with reporting and documentation related to materials management
