Role Summary As part of our high-performing digital, content, and channels team, you'll help us create brilliant digital experiences across all internal communications and the channels we own. Your ability to interpret and use data and analytics to deliver your work and support the team is crucial. We are looking for delivery focused project manager who is team orientated, to ensure outcomes are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned to defined scope and success criteria.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment to business objectives, achievements, and success metrics
  • Lead projects, dependencies, risks, and interlocks across multiple partners
  • Establish and maintain governance, ensuring adherence to organisational standards, methodology, and risk controls
  • Partner with sponsors and collaborators to define scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and trade-offs, driving timely resolution of high-priority items
  • Track financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Produce clear, concise status reporting for senior collaborators and governance forums
  • Lead project workstreams, ensuring delivery meets agreed case and value outcomes
  • Maintain relationships with internal teams and third parties to deliver agreed objectives

Requirements

  • Project Delivery : Strong application of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and validated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and participants.
  • Proven experience in leading application management initiatives (on-prem and cloud), driving delivery, performance, and operational excellence
  • Planning & Resource Management : Effective planning, prioritisation, and optimisation of resources and exposure to financial tracking, governance, and structured delivery frameworks.
  • Case & Benefits Realisation : Ability to develop and track business value and outcomes
  • Team member Management : Builds trusted relationships and influences across all levels
  • Risk & Issue Management: Structured approach to identifying and mitigating risks
  • Communication : Clear and concise communication of complex information to varied audiences
