Work with developers from multiple domains (WiFi, Bluetooth, firmware, and driver stacks) to enable scalable and efficient DevOps workflows
Design and build AI-driven DevOps solutions (e.g., failure analysis, pipeline intelligence, workflow automation, or agent-based systems) to improve developer productivity
Design, implement, and evolve CI/CD pipelines at scale to support fast and reliable software releases
Troubleshoot and resolve complex build, infrastructure, and system-level issues across diverse environments
Own and evolve critical DevOps infrastructure, including
o Jenkins (pipeline development, Groovy scripting, DSL)
o Kubernetes clusters
o Elastic Stack (ELK) for logging and observability
o Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting
o Ubuntu/Linux-based systems
Drive improvements in system automation, observability, scalability, and reliability
Implement and maintain configuration management using Ansible, along with scripting in Python and Bash
Collaborate with globally distributed teams to improve engineering productivity and workflow efficiency
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or related roles
Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale CI/CD systems (strong Jenkins pipeline expertise required)
Experience designing or applying AI-driven approaches to improve DevOps workflows or infrastructure
Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes (K8s)
Solid experience working in Linux environments (Ubuntu preferred)
Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash
Proficient with Git and GitHub-based workflows
Hands-on experience with configuration management (Ansible)
Strong understanding of monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
Experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging and observability
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience working with virtualization (e.g., QEMU)
