Ready to modernize medicine with us? Job Description Summary: Position Summary The Technical Consultant plays a key role in the technical implementation and delivery of our products and services. This position focuses on application installations, configuration, and troubleshooting for clients from kickoff through go-live. The Consultant works under guidance to complete assigned tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support successful project outcomes. This role will work collaboratively with other teams, such as Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, and Operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the technical implementation and delivery of our products/services Coordinate with client teams to manage decisions and processes during the implementation period Lead technical calls with clients and validate that all requirements are met for a given project/timeline Provide technical guidance, direction, and leadership where needed Perform application installations and configurations for client technical implementations Perform device integration setup, testing, and troubleshooting Create and maintain technical documents as new products are released Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, clarifying project requirements, accuracy, collaboration, and timelines Validate that implemented solutions meet expectations agreed upon during implementation. Provide post-live support for a designated period, then transition support to Client Services. Refer cases to appropriate departments for issue resolution when necessary and follow up to ensure timely completion. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience. Perform tasks off-hours as needed to complete specific projects or tasks. Education Requirements Education Level - Bachelor's Degree (Required) Education Details - Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. Experience and Skills Requirements Entry-level project coordination and customer service experience, with a focus on delivering quality support. Typically requires 1-3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience. Proicient hardware and software troubleshooting abilities required Networking, server infrastructure, and IS security knowledge strongly preferred Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP Proficiency with business applications and tools, such as Google Workspace (gSuite), Windows 10 and higher, Microsoft Office Suite, VPN clients, and remote access software. Basic knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server environments. Ability to read, interpret, and create basic technical documents, such as installation guides. Strong analytical skills for understanding and explaining technical concepts. Effective verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, or team members. Comfortable working independently and contributing to team projects. Knowledge of clinical workflows and operations is a plus, but not required.
