Lead footwear projects from 2D design through 3D prototyping and final commercialization
Partner daily with Design, Engineering, Materials, and Factory teams to deliver product excellence
Recommend materials, components, and constructions that meet performance and craftsmanship standards
Manage timelines, gates, and critical dates across the full product creation process
Solve construction, tooling, and manufacturing challenges proactively
Ensure products are ready for scale manufacturing while meeting Jordan quality standards

Working in close partnership with Design, Product Management, Engineering, Materials, and Factory Product Creation teams, this role reports to the Senior Footwear Product Development Director and serves as a key connector across the Jordan Brand matrix and global manufacturing partners.
