Grade Level (for internal use): 14 The Role: The Chief Client Office (CCO) proactively engages customers, industry groups and key stakeholders to create measurable value for S&P Global and a better customer experience. Person in this role is required to work from NY office at least 3 days a week. The Team: Within the CCO organization, the Client Coverage team accelerates growth through strategic partnership with key accounts. The team drives cross-functional collaboration and alignment to deliver holistic solutions, drive long-term engagements, and maximize customer success. Responsibilities and Impact: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new client relationships. Build executive level relationships and work with customers at the most senior levels to identify opportunities and translate them into a commercial strategy. Plan, coordinate and participate in new business/client prospecting. Monitor and evaluate key customer strategies, business trends and growth priorities. Provide transparent financial and operational assessment of the health of our customer relationships. Partner and collaborate across various internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product development) to ensure cohesive execution of strategies and initiatives that meet client needs. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure profitable deals. Reduce contractual and commercial friction to improve customer experience. Develop industry specific knowledge. Drive thought leadership across the CCO and cross-divisional commercial organizations. Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $177,036 to $309,783. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
