Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Five-Week Satellite Office
Prepare, copy, and organize written music for Aspire faculty
Prepare and duplicate CDs for program use
Provide instrumental support in program-related ensemble classes as needed (if applicable)

Job Description:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to support the preparation and daily operations of Berklee's Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive through assisting with the operation of the Aspire: Five-Week Satellite Office. In addition to handling essential administrative tasks that help the program to run smoothly - such as preparing charts and distributing schedules - you'll have the opportunity to work closely with Berklee faculty and prospective students in a variety of on-campus settings.
Pay Rate: $24/hr at 30 hours a week
Schedule: 9a - 5p Monday through Friday, with a paid hour for lunch from 1p - 2p
You must be fully available for the following dates: Sunday July 5th, Monday July 6th, Tuesday July 7th
Requirements and Qualifications:
Proficiency with both Mac and PC platforms
Experience with music notation software (e.g., Finale)
Strong customer service background and excellent communication skills
Solid clerical and administrative skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience with CD duplication and basic audio editing technology (preferred)
Competency as a rhythm section instrumentalist (helpful)
