Ensure specific HCP promotional initiatives, including marketing programs and campaigns, are executed effectively, efficiently, within budget and in accordance with all regulatory/legal requirements.
Cultivate strong relationships with alliance partner, cross-functional partners, and all agencies. Manage relationship with agency to ensure expected deliverables are met.
Lead OB/Gyn, Psychiatry and Advanced Practitioner marketing initiatives in close collaboration with our collaboration partner and other key functional partners.
Specific initiatives may include:
Lead key components of HCP strategy, including targeting, segmentation and go to market evolution for OB/Gyn, Psychiatry and Advanced Practitioner audiences
Lead communications plan for key HCP audiences
Plan and execute all engaging content across personal and key omnichannel environments for HCP audiences
Define strategy and tactical plan for supporting integrated systems to improve education and support for maternal mental health
Drive insight driven evolution of communications and tactics by analyzing/measuring program performance and leading customer-centric refinements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech product marketing/commercial experience. Proven track record of success.
Preferred Skills
Experience within Neuro-Psych, Women's Health, PCP and/or specialty markets that cross-cut specialized and primary care audiences
Customer-facing experience
Experience working with an alliance partner
Prior product launch experience or working in underdeveloped marketplaces
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment and "roll-up your sleeves" culture. A self-starter who functions well both independently and within a team.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to think innovatively in terms of engaging with customers and meeting their needs.

The base compensation range for this role is: $164,000.00-$226,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
