Project Leadership and Execution: Function as a technical and/or project team lead on small to mid-size Plexus Manufacturing Processes, specifically focusing on Inventory Control automation. This includes providing technical guidance and training, controlling scope, schedule, and budget, and ensuring overall technical success. Innovation and Technology Life Cycle Management: Drive the technical lifecycle management of scalable Inventory Control technology deployments, overseeing execution from ideation through deployment and thoughtful retirement. Actively research and stay current with disruptive technologies and industry trends relevant to Inventory Control automation to fuel technical innovation.
