- Bachelor's or above degree in related areas such as internal-combustion engine, turbomachine, or mechanical engineering
- Knowledge & understanding of engine, and knowledge of turbocharger (TC type selection/ TC matching test) will be a strong plus
- Min 8 years of work experience
- Work experience in marine engine will be preferred
