PAY RANGE
The Target Pay Range for this position is $156,200.00-$190,800.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $121,200.00 - $225,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

As a Sr. Commercial Relationship Manager II, you'll be at the center of helping businesses-and communities-grow. You'll build and deepen relationships with commercial real estate investors and Affordable Housing partners, using your expertise to create financing solutions that truly make a difference.
In this role, you'll bring together strategy, insight, and relationship-building to deliver meaningful outcomes for your members. From structuring complex loans to guiding clients through important financial decisions, your work will directly contribute to stronger communities and expanded access to housing. You'll also collaborate across teams and with external partners to ensure every interaction reflects BECU's commitment to excellence, trust, and member-first service.
To join our dynamic team in this role, we require candidates to be residents of WA. This role will require some travel for meetings and events. In addition, if you're located in Washington state within a reasonable driving distance to our Tukwila Headquarters (TFC), we encourage you come into the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week. For those candidates that live outside the commutable distance to TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be primarily remote.
