Data Associate

Responsibilities

• Data Management
• Support the end-to-end sell-out data process for selected markets, including gathering, cleaning, transforming, and loading data.
• Collect, transform, and standardize data to align with internal naming conventions and dataset requirements.
• Maintain large datasets to ensure ongoing accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Coordinate with different departments to follow up on missing or incomplete data.
• Data Quality
• Help define, document, and promote data governance best practices.
• Ensure that teams follow established standards to maintain high data integrity and consistency.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues across selected datasets.
• Systems & Process Improvements
• Continuously evaluate processes to identify opportunities for greater data accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to refine templates, processes, and data structures as systems evolve.
• Data Entry
• Populate customers' Spec sheets (for selected markets) in their required format and languages
