Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience.
Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development, document management and collaboration.
2-4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role, preferably within a regulated or professional services environment.
Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
Microsoft 365 experience.
Ability to organize complex content in a structured, user‑friendly manner.
High attention to detail with strong version control and documentation discipline.
Ability to follow defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a cross‑functional team.
Able to communicate effectively in the English language.

97,600 PLN - 146,400 PLN gross per annum
