Locum Scrub Staff Nurse (3-4 days) #HJO

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field, instruments, sutures, and consumables before and during surgery.
• Assist surgeons directly by passing instruments, sutures, and supplies in a timely and safe manner.
• Anticipate surgical team needs throughout procedures.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and items are accounted for pre- and post-operation.
• Work collaboratively with the anaesthesia and circulating teams.
• Uphold infection control, sterilisation, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) (or equivalent registration if overseas).
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Operating Theatre / Scrub Nursing.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills.
