Bim Technician

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in residential drafting, BIM, CAD, architectural documentation, or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret residential construction documents and blueprints
• Working knowledge of Revit
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management
• Experience in residential construction, drafting, architecture, construction management, or related fields
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
• Physical demands and work environment:
• Ability to communicate effectively with associates and customers
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 20-25 lbs. unassisted
• Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional reaching and standing

Job Summary As a Bim Technician I, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate updates to our Master Floor Plans. In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate creative problem-solving and work with your team to ensure accurate blueprints for the organization.
