Plan and lead multiple projects across multi-disciplinary teams in Global Commerce and externally, ensuring effective collaboration and development from start to end
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating to key stakeholders where necessary in a timely manner
Ensure that project planning covers all stages of the project lifecycle in collaboration with other departments within the organisation, applying best practices in project management for quality project delivery
Provide clear and concise reporting to stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental processes and procedures
Mentor other Project Managers in the team, showcasing best Project Management practices to support other team members' growth
Show a willingness to go above and beyond, supporting your own project delivery when needed to meet deadlines.
Be confident leading and chairing workshops with multiple senior, technical, product and business stakeholders and owning communication of the outputs

Requirements
A proven track record of successful delivery, in technical project management roles
Demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects or streams of activity simultaneously
Experience of hands-on project management at all project stages (from project brief to post implementation support)
Demonstrable experience of setting up and running appropriate governance for projects
The ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical and cross-functional issues that affect your project and work to produce solutions that ensure successful project delivery.
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly breakdown complex issues, collaborate to form action plans, and communicate those plans to project team stakeholders at all levels using appropriate language.
Experience working in an Agile environment with the ability to build and evolve delivery tools and processes.
Knowledge of tracking and reporting tools and their use; experience with JIRA and Confluence is desirable.
Experience in Mentoring other Project Managers, showcasing best Project Management practices to support other team members' growth
A willingness to go above and beyond as required from time to time, supporting your own project delivery when needed to meet deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate a general understanding of OTT, Streaming, Payment Systems and Sales & Service processes.
A recognised project management certification at a minimum foundation level is desirable.
