Discovery Technical Operations Analyst

About the role

As a member of the Discovery Technical Operations team, you will be responsible for: Performing hands-on forensic data collection and Discovery processing services. Acting as a liaison with Apple legal and legal specialists to coordinate on day-to-day Discovery data collection and processing requests. Providing technical requirements and guidance to internal and external development teams to drive the development of Discovery tools. Maintaining case and data archive inventories and retention programs, using databases and legal systems. Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for Discovery processing and data collection. Creating detailed, professional documentation and reports, including performance metrics and investigation reports. * Partnering with case teams to develop defensible approaches to data collection and processing.
