Develop and implementing mechanisms to ensure business interdependencies are surfaced and incorporated into tech and product roadmaps to build holistic, long-term program strategies for NA.
Establish strong relationships with NA stakeholders to partner on shared goals and regional improvement roadmaps that minimize business disruptions for sellers and Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
The NA (US and CA) Principal Program Manager serves as the SPT bridge to the NA 3P business and policy teams, responsible for reducing seller friction, improving enforcement accuracy, and driving measurable, regional, progress against SPT Board of Director goals - specifically Strategic Seller Reinstatement (SSRI), High-Value Listing Enforcements (HVLE), and HVLE False Positives. The role operates at the intersection of policy, product, and business - translating WW enforcement strategies into NA region specific execution plans that protect sellers and customers while enabling business growth. Core responsibilities include:
- Influencing cross-VP organizations to shape risk appetite, define seller experience (SX) standards, and ensure enforcement strategies balance compliance with seller advocacy.
- In partnership with 3P business leaders, defining strategy, execution plans and tracking mechanisms to programmatically scale compliance programs across the NA stores.
