The Navigator functions as a coordinator for patients through an episode of care. The Navigator collaborates with surgeons, primary care providers, rehabilitation specialist, and other health team members to provide high-quality care for surgical patients following established standards and practices. Education Qualifications
Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Skills and Abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
