Deploy Applied AI Across the Revenue Organization
Move beyond the AI hype curve to implement practical, high-ROI automation across the sales and GTM stack - including automated RFP generation, predictive lead scoring, intelligent account routing, and advertiser ROI modeling
Treat the Global Business Organization as your internal customer: build the internal tools, dashboards, and workflows that give leadership real-time visibility and give frontline teams a genuine competitive advantage
Conduct end-to-end audits of the GTM lifecycle to identify friction points, then architect and deploy automated solutions that eliminate manual toil and accelerate deal velocity
Incubate Net-New Revenue Concepts
Rapidly prototype and pilot new revenue-generating experiences - including shopping formats, ad products, and creator tools - in targeted markets ahead of broader product adoption
Serve as the technical connective tissue between Pinterest's US headquarters and our European and global markets, ensuring regional nuances are addressed while preserving global system integrity

Role Summary
We are creating a brand new Senior Director, Revenue Technology & Innovation role sitting at the intersection of commercial ambition and technical execution. This is not a traditional engineering leadership position - it is a force-multiplier role that functions as the de facto CTO for Pinterest's Global Business Organization.
As we accelerate our advertising and commerce trajectory, we are establishing a high-velocity, autonomous Revenue Technology function embedded directly within the Business org. You will build and lead this function from the ground up - recruiting exceptional talent, deploying applied AI to transform our sales motion, and architecting technical solutions that directly unlock revenue. When a strategic partnership is stalled by an integration gap, your team builds the bridge. When a manual bottleneck slows our Go-to-Market motion, your team deploys the automation that eliminates it.
